Victorian Hair Implements

There are a few images of the implements Victorians used to create curls and waves in their hair, to heat they would place them into the fire with the handles out.

The handles would usually be made from bone, ivory or just iron depending on wealth. 

These are images of hair clippers the Victorian men used to cut their hair.

Because the Victorians didn't have electricity they would've had to of pushed the handles of the cutters together to be able to cut the hair short.
