To do this burn i used a Gelatine you can get from professional make up stores, melt as much as you need in a pot in the microwave this usually needs around 15-20 second to melt, let it cool to a bearable temperature so you don't burn yourself or the model, you would then use a spatula to apply the gelatine to the desired area, use a hair dryer on the cool setting to set the gelatine so you can then apply loose powder, you would then use your supra color palette to create the colours of a burn i,e red, pink, black, yellow and green, to get a brown you mix the colour around, once you have done this you will then find it beneficial to use fake blood/wound filler so give of the effect of the burn bleeding and being sore.

To create this burn i used a cooking gelatine to melt this you can either put the gelatine granules into hot water until its thickened or you can put them into cold water and place in the microwave for about 20-25 second depending on the amount of water used, once you have made your gelatine you would use a spatula to apply it to the area of skin desired, using the supra color palette to get the colouring you need for a burn, then you'd use glycerine to make areas of the burn look shiny and blistered.

For this burn i used a slab based gelatine applied it to the arm, i then used latex over the top to give it more texture, then use the supra color palette to give the burn the red colouring and black to make the burn looked burnt and fake blood to make it look like its seeping.

To get this look i used PVA glue mixed with plain four and applied it to the arm and let it dry, once it was dry i used the supra color palette to create the burnt look and the puss look, i then used red food colouring mixed with water and flour and applied it over the the burn to make it look like it was a fresh gory burn .
